Serves 4 Ingredients: ¾ cup Mung Beans 1 teaspoon Olive oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 dry Red Chili 1 Bay leaf ½ cup water ½ teaspoon Red Chili powder ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon Garam Masala 1 teaspoon Coriander-Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice ½ Cucumber (finely chopped) ½ Tomato (finely chopped) Salt to taste Method: 1. Soak the Mung Beans for 2 days. Wash and drain the excess water. 2. In the pressure cooker, put in the oil, Bay leaf, dry Red Chili, and Cumin
