This gives some advice from Ayurveda on beauty treatments and/or natural ingredients from your own kitchen:
Honey: A natural moisturizer and conditioner for the hair.
Rice powder: A natural exfoliating agent that gives stressed out skin new vitality and radiance.
Cucumber slices: Close your eyes and place 2 slides on the top of the eyelids. The natural juices remove any dark circles.
Fuller’s Earth: Mix 1 tablespoon of Fuller’s Earth with 3 tablespoons of water and apply to the face and neck. Once completely dry (can take 15-20 minutes), wash your face to tighten the skin and increase radiance.
Rose Petals: Put rose petals in your bath tub and soak in the aromatic water. The chemicals from the rose petals act as a toner for your skin.
Gram flour: Mix 1 tablespoon of Gram flour (Besan), 1 tablespoon of Yogurt, and ½ teaspoon of Honey. You can apply to your face and neck to act as a face mask.
Coconut Oil: Warm some Coconut oil and massage it into your hair roots, pressing on the pressure points. Keep the oil in your hair for 45 minutes to an hour. Wash your hair to remove the oil using a natural shampoo.
