Cucumber Raita

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
2 Indian/Kirby Cucumbers
3 tablespoons Water
¼ teaspoon Cumin Powder
¼ teaspoon Red Chili powder
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Make the curd into smooth, add in the water, and make it into a semi-liquid consistency.
2. Add in the spices, cucumber, and mix well. Serve.
