Green Chickpea Salad

Serves 2


½ cup steamed Green Chickpeas

½ Tomato

½ Cucumber

½ Onion

½ Avocado

½ teaspoon Red Chili powder

¼ teaspoon Black Pepper powder

¼ teaspoon dry Mango powder

¼ teaspoon Cumin powder

½ teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)

Salt to taste


1. Chop the tomato, onion, cucumber, and avocado into small pieces.

2. In a bowl, add in the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and green chickpeas.

3. Add in the spices and mix well. Garnish with lemon juice and serve.
