Pray and go to bed on time.
Say “no” to projects or activities that don’t fit into your time schedule or compromise your physical and mental health
Simplify and unclutter your life.
Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
Pace yourself – spread out big changes and difficult projects over time.
Take one day at a time.
Separate worries from concerns. If you have a concern over which you do not have any control, try to get rid of the anxiety. Try to let it go.
Let go of toxic people and situations.
Try to live within your budget.
Try to listen more and speak less to increase knowledge and prevent enormous amount of trouble.
Try to exercise at least three times a week to keep your body active and healthy
Eat healthy and in keeping with your dosha.
Listen to a program or audio recording that can help to improve the quality of your life.
Music, a walk, gardening or some relaxing activity is good to help you calm your mind and think better.
Meditate on a daily basis and everyday find time to be alone.
Universal energy or spirit is the bridge between despair and hope.
Believe in your highest self – your I AM as being your best guiding light in all situations in life. Your intuition is always safeguarding you.
Develop a forgiving attitude (people are doing the best they can)
Respect all – be kind especially to unkind people (they need it the most)
Try to suppress your ego and observe your actions.
Every night before bed, think of one thing that you are grateful for that you’ve never been grateful for.
Thank the Universe every day for the smallest gifts granted to you.
