AFFIRMATIONS TO GET YOURSELF THROUGH COVID-19 CRISIS:

I remain calm during a crisis. I breathe in calm and breathe out tension and stress. I am removing all negative thoughts from my mind and substituting them with positive, uplifting thoughts. I am safe and protected by Paramatma. I surrender with grace to the flow of life and the Universe. I spread positive healing energy to my family, friends and the community at large. I take care of myself and my loved ones without fear. I am attracting positive energy into my body and life. I have the ability to overcome anxiety. I am consciously freeing myself from stress. I am taking positive action to reach out to someone in my life/circle to provide support and love. My body is calm. I am safe and healthy. I am using my downtime to send positive healing vibrations and prayers for all in the world. I am meditating every single day to keep myself in control and joyful.
