Avocado-Cucumber-Onion-Tomato Salad

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 Tomato
1 Indian/Kirby Cucumber
1 Avocado
½ Yellow Onion
½ teaspoon Red Chili powder
½ teaspoon Black Pepper powder
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Cut the tomato, onion, cucumber, avocado into small pieces and put into a bowl.
2. Add in the Black Pepper powder, Salt, Red Chili powder, and Lemon Juice.
3. Mix well and serve.
